Invoice Studio end-user terms

Effective November 4, 2026. These terms cover SHP Inc.'s internal Invoice Studio application at invoices.somersethouse.com.

Authorized internal use

SHP Inc. permits its authorized personnel to use Invoice Studio for SHP business invoice review and document preparation. This permission is limited to the access assigned by an SHP administrator. Accounts and invitation links must not be shared. There is no permission to sublicense, distribute the application or access records outside the assigned authorization.

Invoice review

Users must review customer information, descriptions, quantities, prices, shipping details, totals and payment destinations before using an exported document. The displayed source and refresh time identify whether an invoice comes from a saved copy or a direct QuickBooks read. A saved preview does not establish that an invoice was created, sent or paid in QuickBooks.

Connected services

Only an authorized administrator may connect or disconnect SHP's QuickBooks company. QuickBooks permissions may be broader than the read-only operations implemented by this application. QuickBooks subscriptions, authorization and payment services remain governed by Intuit's separate terms. Invoice Studio does not collect card or bank details and does not submit payments.
